If your roses arent doing so well and look yellow or are starting to die just use about 3 tablespoons of WINE on the top of the soil NOT THE PLANT OR LEAVES!! Such as Tabor Hill Wine for every 1 Rose Bush or Rose Plant, put this only on the Soil Above the root.
Then water them well after the wine sinks into the roots! But make sure they are dry on the top 3 inches of soil for better results so this way they are free of water and other liquids.
That way the Wine can get through with barely no problem to Slowly Let the roots drink!
